... our piano!!! It came this morning after a week of waiting. Although it's a digital piano, we're happy that we have this instrument to keep us company in our new home. TK says it's a Christmas-cum-birthday-cum-wedding anniversary present for me :) Charis was so excited when it came and was the first to make "music" on it.

Must be more specific: It is a Christmas-cum-birthday-cum-wedding anniversary for the next 5 years.

it is a Christmas-cum-birthday-cum-wedding anniversary present that will last for the next 5 years. But, of course; sometimes these digital pianos don't last as long as a sturdy upright piano, right? Ha..ha..
Hi Auntie Khuen! Welcome!
Anyway, if the piano doesn't last, it will just have to seat at the same spot as a decorative piece for the next few years. When anniversary comes, it will be a reminder of what has been given. hahaha...
Also, if Beethoven can compose great pieces although he gradually became deaf, I'm sure Elaine can also play beautiful pieces on a piano that is silent.
Chim right? I know... I don't see the link in my arguement too... hahaha...
